The show will be held at the Monroe Convention Center on January 21st, 2024, noon to 5:00pm. Vendors that participate in our 2024 show will have a listing on BloomingtonBridalShow.org.
The Bloomington Bridal Show has become an annual event that newly engaged couples look forward to attending. It’s an opportunity for brides to see what the Bloomington and Southern Indiana wedding community has to offer, as well as the latest wedding trends. They are given the opportunity to find all the vendors they are looking for in one place! Brides and couples will be seeking wedding venues, formalwear, music, photography, catering, flowers and so much more.
The couples’ post wedding essentials will include: homes, insurance, banking, cookware, furnishings and many other items that a new home needs. Our goal this year is to create a whole section solely for these types of vendors. We have come to see that many couples are beginning or already in the process of needing help in these areas.
This year’s show will include the vendor booths, Bridal Bingo, live musical acts, entertainment and product/service give-a-ways to encourage our bridal show guests to stay all day. This gives you as a vendor greater exposure and a better opportunity to meet each bride individually.
The Bloomington Bridal Show is a great place to showcase your products & services to over 230 brides. In addition, each vendor will receive a list of all registered brides with their remaining wedding needs. The bridal list is a great opportunity to follow up with customers you met at the show and it’s an effective mailing tool to contact those that are still looking for services in your area of expertise. This list will come to you via email approx. 1 week after the show.
Most vendors return year after year because they have seen the benefits of talking to brides at the show.
